Collaborative Approach

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. We work alongside your team, recognising that you are the experts in your own context. By combining your local knowledge with our sector experience, we can uncover the clearest picture of your strengths and challenges.

We also collaborate directly with students, engaging them in meaningful ways to understand their experiences and needs. This helps ensure any recommendations are rooted in real student insight.

Beyond your organisation, we believe in the power of collective knowledge. With client approval, we facilitate focus groups and roundtables that bring together professionals from across the UK. These sessions spark ideas, provide multiple perspectives on challenges, and contribute to developing the sector we care about.

Finally, we share key learnings from our consultancy work in blog posts (always with client consent and content approval), so that insights can benefit the wider student opportunities community.

Got a Project? Let’s Talk

If you’ve got a project, challenge, or idea for developing your student opportunities service, we’d love to hear from you.

Start with a free, no-obligation exploration call where we’ll talk about:

  • The aims for your work

  • The challenges you’re facing

  • The changes you want to see

From there, we can outline how we could help and what working together might look like.

Our typical consultancy day rate is £600+VAT, and we’ll always make sure the scope of work is clear before we start.

The Student Opportunities Framework

Not sure where to start? Our Student Opportunities Framework is an audit and review tool that gives you a clear, detailed picture of your service:

  • What you’re doing well

  • Where improvements are possible

  • Practical, prioritised recommendations

We work sensitively with your team and stakeholders to explore the detail behind any challenges. The final report includes a Red–Amber–Green matrix across key themes, making it easy to see your strengths and opportunities.
